How to use it:
It is recommended to sift Matcha powder first, to get better foam and moist whisk with warm water to soften it. Place 1 Matcha spoon of Matcha powder in Matcha bowl or tea cup. Add some hot, about 80°C-100°C (185F) water. Using bamboo whisk, quickly whisk Matcha in direction of writing “W” into a thick foam.
