The Alishan Oolong is slightly oxidized high mountain Oolong Tea from Formosa. Being produced in natural clean and highland region of national park Alishan (Taiwan) contains unique combination of antioxidant compounds and other organic nutrients. It distinctive feature are light yellow-green color, creamy texture and clean clear liquor. The taste is rich with a delicate floral sweet aroma, leaving fresh aftertaste with orchid flavor.
We highly recommend Gongfu Tea Brewing Method to fully enjoy it multiple flavors and aftertaste. Alishan Oolong Tea can be prepared in a regular teapot, Yixing clay pot or in individual cups.
Use about 1 tsp. of dry tea per cup (8 oz.) Add water heated to 176-194°F and infuse for 2-3 minutes. Can be brewed up to 6 times.
