Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so only before we have shipped the Products to you by notifying us by email to info@teacoffeeplace.com
If you wish to return defective/damaged or misrepresented Products you have received from us, please send us a claim letter with attached pictures of defective/damaged or misrepresented Products, in the original packaging, your order number, Products name and reason for the return to info@teacoffeeplace.com within 3 business days after delivery date of the order.
We require 15 business days for processing your return/refund request upon receiving claim by e-mail.
If your claim is accepted by us you will be able to ship Product back to us and get full refund. The Products and the Product packaging must be in original condition (excluding the delivery packaging).
Orders for certain Products may not be cancelled. They include:
(a) products that have been clearly personalized;
(b) products that are perishable and have been opened and/or used.
The costs of returning Products to us shall be borne by the Customer. We recommend providing adequate insurance/tracking facility for returning Products to us since we are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us safely.
Upon receipt of the returned Products we will notify you that we have received them by email within 24 hours and process a refund for the price paid for the returned Products.
Refunds will be applied to the original payment method and we cannot change the method of refund. All refunds will clear into the account of the original payment method within up to 30 business days.
