This bamboo matcha scoop is specially designed for preparing matcha green tea according the ancient art of Japanese Tea ceremony. It allows to measure the right amount of matcha green tea powder and carefully place it into the bowl. This bamboo scoop is an ancient and original way to measure matcha. Each scoop contains 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder, perfect for 1-2 oz. of tea.
Use 1-3 heaped scoops for a bowl, depending on how strong tea you’d prefer.
