Description
This wonderful green tea is growing in Yunnan province and its name on Chinese language is Nu Er Huan (mean Young Girl Rings). Still not opened tea buds are picked early spring and manually wrapped around a rod to shape them into ring. Each golden jade ring unravels into a full slender leaf with a delicate flavor and soft, slightly tart taste.
How to prepare:
The best water temperature to make a tea is about 170-180F. Approximate time for first infusion — 2-3 min. This tea can be infused up to 3 times, step by step increasing infusion time.
